Sleeping sun

Selected and showcased at Rizomes Music Festival June 2025 in Girona, Spain

A large scale inflatable project inspired by the surreal landscape of the plantation that became the festival grounds and an ode to the colour yellow. It is a 9 meter wide dome where people can enter and hang out inside. The Sleeping Sun was built to celebrate the summer solstice and to create a glowing beacon for festival go-ers to hang out and spark new friendships between unlikely strangers. It is a multi-sensor installation to compliment to beautiful atmosphere of the forests of Girona.
